There are some alternatives out there that are free, even for business use, if you don't remote into more than a few. If you have it installed at a place of business you are breaking the license terms. The free license is for home use, not business use. Whether you charge or not has nothing to do with it. I just have Teamviewer Host on the server so I don't have to walk back to adjust some minor part of its software when the need arises - like Windows Update. Instead, it uses Remote Desktop Services, the successor service. I am using Windows Server 2012 which no longer uses the Terminal Server environment. The License Grant paragraph prohibits use of Teamviewer in a Terminal Server environment. I don't know if this is quibbling or not, but they should make it clear because Teamviewer has become mutated into so many different subvarieties.

I am using Teamviewer Host on the server. The License Grant in license.txt says that Teamviewer cannot be used in a Terminal Server operating environment. They have told me that Teamviewer cannot be used on a Teamviewer operating system. I have asked Teamviewer support why I am getting nag screens. I am retired and I use Teamviewer to help out some friends. I have been getting nag screens from Teamviewer for some time accusing me of commercial usage of my nonprofit license.
